Begin in the dark.
Day one is the first day of your period, or the new moon. Open the Phase 1 pouch.
Flax and pumpkin for the first half of your cycle. Sesame and sunflower for the second. Portioned by phase, so there is nothing to measure, mix or remember.

One scoop a day, two level tablespoons, on yogurt, oats or a smoothie.
Switch at the middle of your cycle, or at ovulation if you track it, or at the full moon.
When your next period starts, go back to Phase 1. The pouch colour always tells you which is which.
Moonsown follows your cycle, or the moon if you prefer.
Every pouch is colour-coded: apricot for Phase 1, mauve for Phase 2. You will never mix them up.
A full cycle in two pouches: Phase 1 for days 1 to 14, Phase 2 for days 15 to 28. The easiest way to start.
The moon takes about 29.5 days to go from new to full and back, close to a typical cycle. If your periods are irregular, paused or absent, some people use it as the clock: Phase 1 from the new moon, Phase 2 from the full moon.

Seed cycling means eating different seeds in each half of your menstrual cycle: flax and pumpkin from the first day of your period until around ovulation (days 1 to 14), then sesame and sunflower until your next period (days 15 to 28). It is a food routine, usually one or two tablespoons of each seed a day.
